When Bluedog built out service oriented architectures at Federal Trade Commission, National Institutes of Health, the US Dept of Justice, and the Environmental Protection Agency, I helped devise a methodology ("Bluedog Unified Process") that standardizes selection of business process that should be enabled with web services.
